Job Description

Signing Specialist Responsibilities:
Validate all signers, witness the signing, validate all signatures and initials on documents, notarize required documents, and process the assignment for pre-funding and funding. Training is available for qualified candidates.

Title Examiners Responsibilities:
Title examiners, sometimes called title searchers, are workers who scour property records to determine whether or not it can be sold. Title examiners perform a crucial service to those who wish to buy or sell real property. They must have a solid understanding of local, state and federal laws relating to property.
The position of title examiner usually requires no formal education beyond a high school diploma or GED. However, new hires usually receive short-term on-the-job training of a few weeks or a month so that they understand the policies of the company they work for and what information to look for. During this period, new examiners assist experienced examiners until they learn the ropes and can begin to work independently. Some title examiners take college classes related to real estate law.
