Your Duties: We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to work in our Boston office. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary design team including site planners, architects, engineers, scientists, real estate experts and urban designers. This is a leadership position with responsibility for design excellence and project management, client development and maintenance and staff mentoring and development. You would have a lead role in in-house design sessions, design review and staff oversight. We would expect you to demonstrate a commitment to learn as well as fostering a learning environment with our group. The role would involve Client interaction and representation of our practice for projects, project pursuits and promotional events and business development in collaboration with our practice leadership including participation on strategic pursuits and proposals.
This position also provides the opportunity to participate in and be an important part of a national practice, with over 240 Landscape Architects in numerous offices across North America.

Your Capabilities and Credentials:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited Landscape Architecture program is required.
- The preferred candidate should be a Registered Landscape Architect in the State of MA and should have 7+ years of full-time work experience in a similar fast paced and detail oriented office environment.
- Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and graphic oriented software programs, but more importantly should possess a desire for quality design and a focus on the required research and analysis needed to execute high quality projects.
We are seeking somebody with excellent design, graphic, computer, written and verbal communication skills who is comfortable managing complex projects and providing design leadership on a wide variety of projects.
We expect excellent creative thinking and design abilities, an ability to integrate sustainable design in urban and suburban context, and a familiarity with contemporary landscape architecture – peers, trends, research, and transformational projects.
