Summary of Job: Provide structured interventions to assist client in gaining skills that will lead to attaining goals. These skills include, but are not limited to, medication management, developing life skills (i.e. cooking, money management, cleaning, parenting, socializing); pursuing recreational and leisure activities, housing, transportation, legal, medical and financial assistance, and securing appropriate entitlements .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job title does not supervise others.
Participate in team meetings for the discussion of clinical assessment, distribution of cases and formulation of the treatment plan.
Complete clinical documentation that is accurate, meets organizational standards in composition and content, and is adequate for communication about client’s treatment and progress.
Regular and reliable attendance is required.
Job Qualifications: Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university is preferred; preferably in psychology, social work, or related field. Experience working and/or volunteering within the behavioral health, criminal justice, or social services field can be considered in place of degree.
