Provides administrative support for the Partner, including:
Scheduling, email review and follow up, prepping for appointments, filing, handling in-coming calls, reminders.
Handles incoming calls, e-mails and responds to information requests.
Also coordinates meetings and conferences with internal staff and external resources, which may include preparing materials for those meetings and doing basic event planning.
Collects information from files or staff for routine inquiries and reports; may analyze data and prepare scheduled reports of data.
Provides back-up support on tasks that do not require any type of licensing or registration for other staff members, as needed.
Participates in the business planning process.
Completes other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Attention to detail, ability to follow through with tasks and have great organization skills, along with being able to communicate well with FRs/Partners when situations/conflicts arise.
