PEO C4I Program Office Task Lead with Security Clearance

Be part of CSA… do great things! Description Client Solution Architects has an upcoming openings for a Task Lead in support of a PEO- C4I Program Office. The Task Lead will report to the Southwest Regional Director (RD) and is responsible for ensuring superior client delivery while fully complying with client, Federal, and CSA policy and procedures.

  • Managing day to day operations of cost, schedule, performance and risk for the PEO-C4I Program Office contract and expertly managing client expectations, assuring quality is superior in all deliverables, and remaining within contract budgetary constraints; * Coordinating with the Southwest Regional Director, contract Task Leads (TLs) and personnel to ensure CSA employees are meeting client requirements and maintaining exceptional job performance through client interface, task execution and career development activities; * Working with appropriate internal personnel to ensure processes for financial, contract, recruiting and infrastructure management are implemented effectively and supporting M three years of this expereince in direct support of a Navy organization, operating within the DoD Acquisition framework. * Bachelor’s Degree from an accreditedcollege or university. * DAWIA Level III in Program Management or equivalent (e.g., PMP). * Secret Security Clearance – current active clearance required with the ability to get TS/SCI Clearance.
  • An understanding of the DoD 5000, SECNAV 5000 and FAR. * High degree of proficiency in using the standard Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). * Exceptional leadership, mentoring and customer service skills. * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Must be a confident self-starter who is comfortable working with various levels of leadership. * Experience developing and executing program schedules and tracking programs to schedule. * Recent (within the past three years) knowledge and experience with the SPAWAR Command Structure, competency aligned organizations and program and acquisition management processes including sufficient C4I related acquisition proficiency to effectively guide and manage assigned contract team to deliver to contract objectives.
  • Seasoned, proven leadership skills are mandatory. Superior client delivery is directly correlated to the ability to motivate and lead delivery personnel in demanding and challenging environment. * In-depth knowledge and understanding of governing policies and procedures, coupled with superior managerial acumen in execution, is critical to the success of client delivery. * The candidate must instill and foster the CSA cultural characteristic of Teamwork.
  • A collaborative, flexible style and pro-active demeanor is critical for success when working through client, teaming partner, or internal issues and concerns. * Strong written and verbal communication skills are paramount. Clear and concise communications must be second nature. * A journeyman level or better of the MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Familiarity of MS Project and Visio is also required. In particular, strong Microsoft Excel knowledge and application of formulas and pivot tables for financial management and reporting. * Process, Product and People Improvement mindset. A continual review for efficiency and excellence is required.
