Landscape Architect Designer

Task oriented team player with strong design and presentation skills. Under the direction of senior staff, assists with the day to day production of all phases of design development. Generates, communicates, and presents concepts quickly and effectively. Assists with the production of presentation graphics and the production of design development and construction documents. Seeks appropriate guidance from senior staff in resolving various project related issues. Prepares project related correspondence as appropriate. Manages time effectively, organize, and work on multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet project deadlines and client needs. Visits project sites to review conditions as appropriate. Other duties as assigned. Reports to Senior Landscape Architect and/or Project Manager as needed.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture

0-3 years of project related experience

Strong hand and digital graphic skills

Strong AutoCAD skills

Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch up skills

Microsoft Office skills

Experience with GIS, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit and Land FX

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to balance creative design with client and market expectations

Ability to interpret and follow zoning, development and permitting ordinances and guidelines

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Strong and versatile design and presentation skills

Proficient in Current version of AutoCAD, 3D software (3D Studio or Form-Z), Photoshop, PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel
