A CONTRACT POSITION, Temp-Hire Possible
PAY RATE: $24 per hour
HOURS: 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri
Provide Tier 3 support in response to help desk tickets. Provide telephone, e-mail and in-person service within the Company’s branches in the US. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- B.S. degree in Information Technology and 2 years of work-related experience or combination of education and 3-5 years of experience preferably as help desk support or field technician.
- CompTIA A+ Certification in Microsoft technologies (preferably MCP, MCSE, MCSA).
