HR Administrator (Part Time)

3+ Month Contract

Hourly rate: $15.00/hour to $18.00/hour

Northbrook, IL

Our client is looking to fill a part time HR Administrator role who will be assisting the payroll team with all administrative duties. This role will be responsible for administering payroll, time keeping intake, reporting, filing of confidential information, and assisting employees at all levels with payroll questions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the payroll team with all phases of payroll processing through Ultimate Software
  • Utilize Ultimate Software and Ultimate time Management to enter data, run reports, and preparing payroll for processing
  • Oversee the paper and electronic filing administration
  • Work with vendors and employees to troubleshoot any payroll issues

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of payroll administration experience
  • HRIS administration experience preferred
  • Must be tech savvy and have the ability to perform advanced calculations
  • Advanced Excel skills
