Manager day-to-day activities as they pertain to the areas of marketing, finance, personnel and office operations in accordance with company policies and government legislation. Primary role is to organize the resources of the business, improve its performance and ensure operations run smoothly while upholding the organization’s strategic objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Primary responsible for bringing in new clients, receives and processes referrals and inquires about services of the Agency, Supervises the office staff and field staff, Interviews and orient new caregivers and office employees. maintain log of policy and procedures ensures that caregivers work according to the organization’s values maintain quality improved and control. Receives and processes referrals according to written procedure, answers phones according to established protocol. Maintain and updates employee licenses and certifications. Works with the Director to execute planning and logistics. Matches individual respite workers with consumer based on respite experience and consumer needs. Schedules assignments and contacting with consumers for their availability. Responsible for unusual incident report. Maintain current CPR and First Aid Training.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, 18months exp. in the management of human services delivery system. Available Monday and Friday from 9am to 5pm. On-call as needed for weekends and after hours.
